Where can I buy Mala Mala?

Currently, Mala Mala snacks are only available in our retail and online store only.

Is Mala Mala halal-certified?

Unfortunately, we are not halal-certified, but our products do not contain any pork or lard.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We are constantly working to avoid such an experience for you.

When is the expiry date?

Please check the back packaging for the expiry date.

What are the payment methods?

We accept credit/debit cards, and Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery.

When will I receive my snacks?

We will deliver your order within 3 working days.

Can I track my delivery status?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to track your delivery status. However, you will receive a SMS once your delivery is confirmed.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

We understand that there are times when you are not at home, thus we do offer 1 re-delivery. We will be in touch through email if such situation arise.

Help us avoid the re-delivery by leaving any special instructions during check out.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver to you 6 days a week, our delivery hours are:

Monday to Friday – 0830 to 1700
Saturday – 0830 to 1200

We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We deliver island-wide in Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery outside Singapore at this time.

Why can’t I choose my delivery timeslot?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this point of time.  

I have damaged/incorrect items in my delivery.

We ask that you please check your order upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within seven (7) days of your delivery date at whatsup@malamala.com.sg with your order number.

We will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s) at our sole discretion.

When and where can I place my pre-order?

Pre-orders are only available online from 11 to 17 January 2019.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Deliveries are scheduled to be sent out from 25 January 2019 onwards. If you have any special delivery order instructions, please include them during check out.

Can I add other items to the pre-order cart?

You are able to add other products together with pre-order items. All items will be delivered from 25 January 2019 onwards.

What are the delivery methods? Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free shipping for orders $50 and above. A delivery fee of $10 will be charged for orders below $50. You may click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to see the total payment amount. Store collection is not available at this point of time.

Can I exchange/cancel my pre-order?

We ask that you please check your order upon check out as we do not accept exchanges and cancellations at this point of time.
